My therapy experience includes working with a wide range of cognitive abilities and severity of diagnoses. My interests include working with issues involving anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief, stress management, marriage, and process and psycheducational groups. I am trained in sand tray therapy and I am also trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
