A Message of Hope After Grief
Grief is not a sign of brokenness, but a reflection of the love and connection we have with those we’ve lost. As David Kessler, a world-renowned expert on grief, wisely says, “Grief is a great equalizer.” How true this is! One moment, I am guiding someone through the depths of their grief, and the next, I may find myself navigating it as well.
With over twenty years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Grief Educator, I have walked with many through the unpredictable and often confusing terrain of grief. I have also personally experienced its depths and understand that “grief is weird and unpredictable.”
My goal as your counselor is to walk alongside you through your grief with grace and humility. I am here to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can express and process all the emotions that surface during this journey. There is no timeline for grief—it unfolds in its own way and time.
Together, we will work toward finding meaning in your loss, helping you to not only survive but ultimately to grow and find hope again.
