I provide individual and family therapy, and have experience working with clients ages 3 and up. My approach consists of Cognitive Behavioral Health, Solution-Focused, Play Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. When working with the family system, I often use the Structural Family Therapy model.
Common focus areas are: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, family conflict, communication and relational issues, attachment, behavioral problems, family violence, and medical diagnoses that impact mental health.
