I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the Houston, Texas area who works with adults and adolescents age 16 and up, and provide care for clients who struggle with past trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and other mental health issues. I have extensive experience with psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT. I am an EMDR Certified Clinician through Evergreen and a Brainspotting practitioner.  I have been in practice for approximately 6 years as a clinical social worker. My treatment approach is rooted in evidenced based practices that focus on the mind-body connection and I maintain a client centered approach.
I studied at the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work, where I obtained a Masters of Social Work. I have worked for psychiatric hospitals and local community health centers. My goals for my clients include reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, improving overall wellbeing and promoting personal growth & resilience.
I believe that clients can overcome their past hurts and live fully in the present with peace. I have excelled in my practice because I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
