I specialize in treating adults with grief, anxiety, and trauma, but not limited to conditions such as relationship issues, life transitions, pregnancy-prenatal-postpartum, premarital-marital-post marital, depression, parenting, and behavioral problems. My approach is to accept you where you are, in a non-judging, neutral, nurturing, and safe zone. My desire for you is to obtain an optimal level of living, especially when it comes to your mental and emotional state.
I encourage you to not fight alone through times of uncertainty, frustration, hopelessness, despair, darkness, and confusion. Receiving professional therapy will provide you with a space that is tailored exclusively for you to address emotional issues and heal them properly.
