She integrates her approach by drawing from experiences and knowledge from her trainings in attachment-focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method Couples’ Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Narrative Therapy.
