Services Offered

I can provide workshops on the topic of grief and how to work through the grief, especially in workplace settings.  I am also available to facilitate a grief group, specifically in the area of perinatal loss as I have a certificate in specializing in Canadian Perinatal Mental Health training.

I have also worked extensively with international people as an ESL teacher.  I would be happy to assist those struggling with English who have experienced loss on all kinds of levels (loss of family due to move, loss of identity, loss of job, loss of culture, etc) along with a loss of a loved one.

I am also very familiar with complex and complicated grief that Indigenous communities face because of intergenerational trauma and experiences with being a Residential School Survivor.  I can provide and facilitate grief groups specifically dedicated to Indigenous peoples.
