My passion is working with individuals in their most difficult life transitions which may include the loss of a loved one, divorce & separation, empty nest, mid-life crisis, quarter-life crisis, or job loss. I journey, as a fellow traveller, with my clients as they navigate the questions of “Who am I now?” or “How can I restore a sense of meaning in my life?”. I am an existentialist therapist who helps to navigate the bigger questions that facing these difficult moments brings to the individual. Together we journey toward deeper meaning, authenticity, and the courage to move forward. I look forward to working with you. My services are only available virtually in Canada.
