Using evidence-based treatments, I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, YOGA and IFS. I also am particularly passionate about art therapy and animal assisted therapy. What this means for you is that I probably have a few ways to help you out, as not every treatment is right for every person. We can be flexible!
You are not broken or defective and I want to assist you in seeing the true you and understanding your emotions. I believe every single human is amazing and is truly meant to live in love, joy and peace as the primary state of being. If you are haunted by the past or worried about the future to the point it is pointing you to find answers and solutions, I would be honored to join you!
