I offer individual and couples counseling. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently PhD student at DU/Illiff studying spiritual psychology. I was humbled and proud to have been elected President of the Colorado Counseling Association in 2015. My passions include working with clients experiencing spiritual struggles, grief/loss, U.S. Military & families, LGBTQ & questioning populations, substance use/misuse and addictions.
I offer counseling for issues related to: grief/loss, relationships, depression, trauma, anxiety, motivation, addictions, military, divorce/breakups, negative thinking, identity issues, sexual orientation, GLBTQ, sexual identity, gender issues, HIV, adjustment difficulties, codependency issues, spirituality, & parenting. I am EMDR trained & a Parenting the Love & Logic Way facilitator.
