I am a bilingual (English/français) Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and offer individual counselling and psychotherapy virtually across Ontario.
I am passionate about helping others with their mental health journey, and have particular interest in working with those who are grieving the loss of a loved one or who are currently experiencing distress from being a primary caregiver to a loved one who is dying.
Finding a therapist whom you feel hears and understands you is important. You can expect emphasis to be placed on building a strong connection through empathy and compassion while I walk alongside you on your journey to healing.
