You’re “the strong one” who never had the opportunity to ask for support or help because you were always the one holding it all together. Now you’re feeling exhausted like you’re hanging on by a thread. I’ll help you learn to establish boundaries, incorporate self-care + coping mechanisms, and empower you to begin thriving as your authentic, amazing self.
When you’re running on empty and exhausted, everyone suffers – you, your partner, kids, family + friends. Together, we’ll work through what’s keeping you stuck. I offer 24/7 online scheduling, evening appointments, and I’ll meet you where you’re at, both physically and emotionally. I am down-to-earth, easy going, and will encourage (and challenge) you to live the life you want.
I specialize in anxiety, grief, trauma, and family relationships. I utilize an intentionally eclectic approach of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of my clients with CBT, EMDR, and structural and systems theories rooted through a lens of mindfulness. My practice, North Texas Family Therapy, PLLC, currently has two physical offices located in Plano (Plano Parkway & Preston Road) and Dallas (North Buckner Boulevard & Garland Road near the Arboretum).
