I offer individual, couple and group therapy to people seeking growth or healing in some aspect of their life. You might be experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, a life transition, loss, career issues, stress or recovery from trauma. I address these issues and more. My therapeutic approach includes a mix of cognitive therapy and mindfulness practices. I am trained in EMDR, which is an evidence based treatment for trauma.
