Hello,
I have been in the mental health field for more than 23 years in a variety of clinical settings. I provide individual therapy via telehealth to adolescents and adults in Texas, California and New Mexico. My areas of specialized clinical focus include but are not limited to, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder.
Grief is so often misunderstood and you are finding that those around you just don’t know how to talk to you about your loss. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming space to honor your grief.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I strive to support my clients in navigating through the pain and rocky terrain of grief.
