I focus on grief and loss, life transitions, emotional struggles, and birth trauma from C-section. I provide telehealth services for adults, teens, and pre-teens from the comfort of your home. If you’re navigation grief, life transitions, a traumatic birth experience from C-sections, or anything else that feels difficult to describe, I offer a compassionate, empathetic and supportive space where all your feelings are welcome.
