My holistic and integrative approach draws on my education, professional training, and personal lived experience with grief to address the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of each person. Trained in Trauma-Informed care, I offer a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space for exploring grief and finding meaning and purpose in life.
