I come from a business and arts background. In the past, I also helped start companies (creating new divisions, company expansions, and re-organizations) and made a video and photographic documentaries for seniors. I was always interested in paradigm shifts and in how individuals perceived things and how these perceptions could change and make a difference in the growth of the company or individual.
My background also includes supervising and training many psychotherapists, from various different disciplines, through the Ardent Counseling Center (which I direct), as well as through my own private practice, and in university settings. I have published and presented to numerous distinctive audiences.
I have been the director, founder and clinical supervisor of the Ardent Counseling Center for the past eight years. I have trained, supervised and taught dozens of successful therapists of all disciplines who have gone on to do profound work in their respective fields.
I have consulted on cases with counselors, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, social workers, certified drug and alcohol clinicians and psychiatrists, as well as with medical professionals of all stripes.
