I provide grief and trauma counseling for children, teens, and adults using creative outlets such as art and play techniques and talk therapy. I follow a person-centered approach that aims to meet you where you are in your healing journey, including creating awareness, self-compassion, mindfulness, and support.

I offer grief and trauma therapy for children, teens, and adults using creative outlets such as active artistic expression and play techniques during therapy, talk therapy, children’s summer camps, and monthly groups. I understand that grief and trauma are personal and internal experiences of deep sorrow that affect emotions, behavior, relationships, well-being, and connectedness.
Grief and trauma reactions come in waves, sometimes leaving you exhausted, isolated, disconnected, and unstable. So many factors shape your healing. I am a Certified Grief Professional (CGP). I follow a humanistic approach that aims to meet each person where they are in their healing journey, including creating self-awareness and self-compassion.
You are encouraged to be your genuine self and control what therapy looks like for you. During this challenging time, my role as your therapist is to walk with you as you sort through your experience, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild your life in a meaningful way. You deserve the space you take up in this world. You are entitled to feel safe.
