On the 3rd Tuesday of every month at Joshua Springs Senior Living, our trained staff offers grief support in a group setting to those in need along their grief journey. All sessions are open to the public and are confidential. The topics addressed include grief, mourning, coping skills, goal setting, reconciliation, resolution, and many more. Please join us any time. As a member of a support group, you will be amazed that total strangers may say more to you than they have to their nearest and dearest family and friends. You may be equally surprised as you become comfortable sharing your story with others on a similar path.

Grief is a natural and normal response to a loss, and the grief process is unique to each individual. Yet there are some things we have in common with each other, and one of these things is our need to share our thoughts and feelings. At a time when we feel most like isolating ourselves, it is important to reach out to someone who will listen. Remember, you are not alone!
The Compassus Grief Support Group provides a safe, supportive environment for those who have lost a loved one. Each meeting is held independent of itself, so attendees are welcome to participate at any stage of their grieving process. Meetings are held monthly and are free and open to the public. Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month, starting at 11:30 a.m. and usually last 1 hour.
