I’m a bi-lingual (Spanish) speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified grief educator. After completing my Masters’s program in 2004 at Fordham University, I began practicing therapy. I have experience practicing in many different settings including outpatient mental health clinics, schools, and private practice. I am dedicated to helping people learn the skills to navigate their current ongoing stressors.  Together we can work on grief,  depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. I provide individual and family counseling.

My treatment style is rooted in an evidenced-based/strengths-based approach utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. At the center of my practice is a collaborative relationship with clients and the desire to support their development by encouraging self-understanding, skills development, and self-compassion.

Hello, I am a psychotherapist in private practice in the state of California, where I offer telehealth and in-person services. I specialize in maternal mental health, infertility, and grief and loss. Through my work with individuals and families, as well as my own experiences with grief, I know how it can impact the trajectory of one’s life.
