As a Certified Grief Educator/ Registered Social Service Worker and End of Life Doula, I offer compassionate counselling for those experiencing grief, loss and difficult life situations. Loss comes in many forms. From the death of a loved one to the overwhelming experience of loosing someone to dementia. I adhere to a high standard of practice, confidentiality and working within an ethical framework are of high importance.

I provide education, advocacy and empowerment through through the dying process as well as sensitive grief counselling and support to those who are experiencing the death of a loved one. Emotional and spiritual support are at the core of my work and I celebrate diversity and inclusion for all. Counselling and end of life doula services are provided in person, by phone or be virtual session.

Through my pervious work in healthcare, I have acquired extensive experience in palliative care, end of life planning and grief and loss support.

My vision is that those experiencing a difficult life event will have access to all options available to them. My mission is to provide comfort, support and advocacy in a time of need. My hope is that we all will have the opportunity to live our lives to the fullest until our last breath.
