Grief is a natural part of human existence. We grieve loss, change and death. We love deeply therefor grief can be profoundly felt and held in our body, mind and soul being. I hold space and honor an individual’s unique journey. I offer many Mindful Energy Wellness modalities that help guide you in reclaiming your energy wellness including: yoga, breathwork, meditation, reiki, shamanic journey, intuitive practices, mindful outdoor experiences: forest bathing and wanders. I hold space for your healing and walk the journey along side you at your pace.
