Helping you process grief to inspire healing, growth & wellness

Crystal Dalton is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often-unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief. When she went through her own loss, Crystal realized that our culture doesn’t always provide adequate space for talking about death, dying, and grief. As a result, many people in our community are unprepared and ill-equipped to handle loss for themselves or while supporting others. This is one of the primary reasons Crystal decided to turn her pain into purpose by becoming a Certified Grief Educator and a Certified Grief Movement Guide.  In addition to these certifications, Crystal also brings many years of professional experience of serving victims and survivors of trauma as a police-based victim advocate for the state of Delaware. This has allowed for a unique, interdisciplinary, and well-informed approach to serving those who are grieving.

Crystal Dalton’s integration of holistic healing practices, and her personal journey with grief aligns with her intention to change the narrative around grieving, and to help serve others experiencing grief through education, support and intuitive movement.  She hopes to create an abundance of space to normalize talking about death, dying, and grief, which in turn may help to create a community where people can easily find the support they are seeking.  Crystal Dalton offers peer-led support in-person, virtually and outdoors.

Her services include:

–Individual Grief Support Sessions
–Small Grief Support Groups
–Community Grief Nature Walks
–Moving Through Grief Sessions which use ‘movement, breath + sound to release pain and struggle to connect to more empowerment and love’ (credit: Paul Denniston, founder of Grief Yoga)
–Yoga for Trauma Survivors
–Intuitive Movement and Healing Sessions
