My approach to therapy is grounded in the healing power of nature, human connection, and the firm belief that every person can learn to embrace, accept, and love their life with deeper self-awareness and present-centered mindfulness. I believe that grief deserves sacred space and time dedicated to honoring all the feelings that come along with it. It is an honor to companion someone in their grief and I am here to take that journey with you when you are ready.

I offer individual therapy sessions in-person at my cozy Glen Park office, in nature in Glen Park Canyon, or online via Zoom.

I also facilitate a group grief therapy group on Tuesday mornings from 11:15 am – 12:30 PM.
