It is an honor and privilege to be invited to walk along side my clients for this phase of their grief loss journey. I have been a grief loss practitioner for over 20 years.

I work with the newly bereaved as well as those who are further along on their journey where the rumblings of change can be overwhelming.

No matter where you are on your journey, navigating change is the work that grief drops at your door.

I offer small groups, and individual sessions depending on what is desired and recommended. I have a list of workshops on my website and Link Tree that are very informative and helpful. I also offer a free 1/2 Discovery Call where we can explore working together.

Individual coaching sessions focusing on life after profound loss without religion. I work with those struggling after the loss of their human think through what they want their lives to look like.

I assist individuals in relieving the effects of various types of stress on the body and mind. Integrating movement and stress resolution modalities, I guide my clients toward dynamic equilibrium – feeling better to feel better. My education, training and certificates include: UCSD_BS Political Science, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Somatic Practice Touch Practitioner, Somatic Resilience and Regulation practitioner, DARe trained, Assistant for all SE trainings including Master Classes with Dr. Peter Levine.  I’ve created a collection of unique programs that promote emotional freedom through movement, ritual, and healing. My offerings include:

I’ve trained over 100 facilitators to lead The Emotional Tour, spreading this transformative experience far and wide. My work invites individuals to embrace their emotional “messiness” and celebrate the full spectrum of their feelings. In a world that tells us to “keep it together,” I’m here to remind you that it’s okay not to be okay—and it’s essential to honor your truth.
