It is an honor and privilege to be invited to walk along side my clients for this phase of their grief loss journey. I have been a grief loss practitioner for over 20 years.

I work with the newly bereaved as well as those who are further along on their journey where the rumblings of change can be overwhelming.

I offer small groups, and individual sessions depending on what is desired and recommended. I have a list of workshops on my website and Link Tree that are very informative and helpful. I also offer a free 1/2 Discovery Call where we can explore working together.

I assist individuals in relieving the effects of various types of stress on the body and mind. Integrating movement and stress resolution modalities, I guide my clients toward dynamic equilibrium – feeling better to feel better. My education, training and certificates include: UCSD_BS Political Science, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Somatic Practice Touch Practitioner, Somatic Resilience and Regulation practitioner, DARe trained, Assistant for all SE trainings including Master Classes with Dr. Peter Levine. I found my way to holistic wellness coaching and grief education after losing my mother and sister to cancer within six months of each other. Caring for them through their transitions forever changed me.

I am a coach and have been coaching for a few decades now. I am a fitness coach, health coach, and yoga instructor. I spend most of my work time, however, as a Life and Relationship Coach.

I lost my son, he was the oldest of four, in 2020 which led me to get my Grief Educator Certificate. I now do a few private sessions in person or via zoom. Mostly, I work with groups of people walking through grief.

For my own healing, I became a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, which has changed my life. This has become a huge part of my own healing practices and with each person/group I work with.

I now host Grief Retreats in the beautiful Mt Shasta, CA through my business 27 Robins. These include general grief and child loss specific retreats.
