Hello I’m Grieving is a community of peers that are grieving. We believe in the foundation of grief awareness, visibility, and education. We offer grief courses and grief meet ups. We provide spaces where grievers can meet up, share their grief, witness other people’s grief, and integrate grief into their lives so they can grieve fully and live fully! We do this by hosting groups in unique ways from creating space educational spaces in the workplace, to surfing, to gym workouts, to hikes.
