Services Offered
I help individuals struggling with trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients navigate childhood wounds, family dynamics, or the pain of losing a loved one, miscarriage, or infertility. Together, through trauma-informed therapy, we’ll develop a plan tailored to your needs, helping you process pain, rebuild a sense of safety, and move forward with hope.
My mission is to walk alongside you, helping you overcome past traumas and create a safe environment where you feel heard and empowered to heal. I am committed to being on your team every step of the way. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am licensed in the state of Arizona. Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I specialize in addressing trauma, grief, fertility issues, and relationship struggles. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet your unique needs. I utilize various modalities, including EMDR therapy, IFS/Parts Work, Sandtray, Attachment, CBT/DBT, EFIT, Solution-Focused, and Psychodrama therapies. Each day presents a new opportunity to rewrite our stories, and I am here to support you in that journey. I believe there is redemption and restoration, and therapy is a great first step and beneficial for personal growth.
