Offering one-on-one grief counseling via phone or online.
My losses include my father at the age of 14, a friend from childhood in 2021, my brother and my youngest son in 2017. I also have a visual impairment and understand the pain of loss due to a disability. I can help you turn your grief full circle from less pain through healing, to remembering with hope and love. I have training in many trauma response modalities including IFS, The Healing Timeline and Psychodrama.
My style is to walk beside you through this journey of loss and listen for understanding. I meet you where you are and encourage you to work through your grief at your pace and time. You are the expert of your own grief ~ David Kessler.
