I offer in person (NYC) or virtual psychotherapy as well as Grief counseling for all ages.
I have a specialty in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with adults, teens and children for over 20 years. I offer comprehensive DBT, including individual as well as skills groups. I use a trauma informed, inclusive, neuro-affirming and client centered approach.
