I have a Bachelors in psychology and a minor in world religion. I completed my Masters in Marriage Family Therapy at Touro University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. The majority of my field experience was done at a hospice where I sat bedside with patients and then continued with the families.

I come from a warm and compassionate standpoint, and I want to meet you where you are. i know each of us have common themes in our lives, but your experience is unique and specific to you! I have a therapy “toolbox” that I am constantly adapting and updating to fit each clients individual needs. Some therapeutic lenses I pull from are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Existential Therapy.
