Welcome! I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach who helps people in grief, encompassing loss from the end of a relationship/divorce, associated loss due to illness, and loss of a loved one. I offer coaching sessions and packages with each being different, crafted and based on the individual’s needs. Sessions may include Reiki, Tarot Readings and Guided Meditation. I offer a 20 minute free consultation to serve as an introduction to each other, to expand on who I am and my approach and to see if our energies match and you feel this would be a good fit for you. • I coach 18 year olds (some 17) onward up into the 70’s who are navigating shifts, decisions, growth, change, uncertainty and the unknown.

• I collaborate with 20 and 30 somethings digging deep as they navigate this wild journey of life after college and launch into a less structured and often less predictable world.

• I support women of all ages and all stages cultivating a path of forward motion.

• I partner with parents who are parenting their children and/or parenting their parents.

• I meet individuals in their grief process through loss.

• I offer individual Grief support as well as facilitate occasional Grief Groups.

• I work virtually so I am able to work with clients all over the United States and the world.

I walk alongside my clients through the first painful steps of healing from trauma, the all consuming emotional rollercoaster of divorce, and the emptiness of loss and grief. Together we reflect on the imprint of the past, navigate the next steps, learn new responses, discover possibilities, reclaim your power, and reignite hope.
