Hello,

I am Karen, founder of Reset and Rise coaching.  I offer a welcoming, nourishing space where you can be heard, valued and understood. Together we can gently awaken and,  in time,  celebrate your life after loss.

I live near Edinburgh, Scotland and work both online and in person.  I work as a grief educator and coach, intertwining both approaches in response to where you are on your grief journey.

I’d love to help you in a 1:1 situation or as a part of a small group. 

Sessions are around 50 minutes and take place weekly over  a three month period.

I also offer a one off focussed session to work with you on a specific question or to allow you to explore this kind of support.

I am passionate about helping those who are trying to support people in grief and therefore include friends, family and work colleagues in my services, providing guidance and confidence around the unspoken and tricky landscape of grief.

As a Holistic Grief Practitioner & Certified Grief Educator, I support women, especially mothers, navigating profound grief, trauma, and emotional pain.

My approach blends compassionate grief support with holistic care, helping clients gently release emotional weight, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover meaning and purpose.

I offer several ways to work together:

• The HERS Pathway — a 9-week private journey to heal, embrace, realign, and shine
• Becoming Her Again — a private 9-month mentorship for women ready to reset and rise
• Hope & Healing — a 12-week live group program
