Grief is not a problem to be solved or fixed. It’s the normal response to the loss of a dream. And it’s a process to wants to be witnessed, tended and lived through in whatever form and however long it may take. Grief can be isolating and lonely. As a compassionate Grief Coach, I help individuals navigate the profound emotions that come with loss. My approach is client-centered and empathetic, providing a safe, supportive space for each person to process their grief, be heard and be witnessed. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, a life transition, or another form of significant change, I work with you to move towards healing, resilience, and renewed purpose, honoring your unique journey through the wild terrain of grief.
