I long to create a safe space and relationship rooted in compassion and curiosity where people can process grief, challenges and be invited to grow, heal, find meaning and become more whole.

Hello, I am a certified Hedo-coach and grief educator.

I offer online individual and group support, as well a individual and group support in person in Mauritius, and I speak English and French.

I am the Co-founder and Director of « La Maison des Etoiles ». Our mission is to provide support and help to any individual, family and /or Community to allieviate grief and assist in the grieving process but also to support professionals, associations and other educational or charitable institutions which provide assistance to individuals, families, groups and communities dealing with grief and mourning. We aim to  act as an umbrella institution, in connection with grief and and loss of a dear person in Mauritius and in the Indian Ocean region, and to create awareness for better understanding, knowledge, assistance and welfare in the country with regards to grief, bereavement and loss.
