I specialize in helping clients move through the pain and grief of life’s most challenging transitions. I’m passionate about supporting women dealing with divorce after betrayal, infidelity, and abandonment, as well as helping clients navigate the grief accompanying the death of a loved one and honor the less-recognized grief of transitions(changing jobs, moving, becoming a care-giver, empty nesting, and more). This includes twinless twins, family members of twins, those grieving a twin lost in utero, and mothers mourning a twin during pregnancy or at birth.
In times of loss, people often seek ways to ease the emotional weight they carry. For some, alcohol becomes a way to numb the pain—but rather than soothing, it can delay healing and leave grief unresolved. If you’re beginning to question your relationship with alcohol and feel it may be impacting your well-being, know this: you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore healing and rediscover balance—for anyone struggling with the overuse of alcohol.
