About me

I am Norwegian, and have also  lived and studied many years  abroad in Belgium, England and Singapore. My career have been in corporate and media, work and health, also in SEOs and academia. I am a optimistic and social person, who likes people, culture, travel and learning new things.

I am so sorry to have  unexpectedly lost my husband and then my son. I know a lot about grief and pain. I have made career changes because of this, as it has fully impacted who I am today and all aspects of my life with my daughter.

As a grief educator, I support you and share insights and tools. I have worked 1:1 with parents, children and youth, peer-to-peer and in workshops.  As  a life transition coach I can enable you to  navigate profound changes with greater ease. I help you create a vision of a desired future, and help clarify intentions for the future, even after loss. I teach you coping skills as well as self-care and boundary work, to ensure you are fully supported. I also specialize in helping you identify what you truly desire from your professional life, and how to get from where you are to where you want to be, empowering you taking control over your career trajectory/career management and overcoming your challenges. Internationally certified Life Transition Coach, Occupational health change and development, Career counseling, HR/Working environment, Bereavement and life change mentoring. International tools and method.

My later wife, Kinsloe, and I (along with 20 other healthcare professionals) created Kitchen Table Conversations (KTC), a not-for-profit, to invite you into conversations where you learn how to:
