I offer 1:1 non-clinical somatic therapy and grief support sessions. Through an attachment lens and somatic resourcing lets develop a practice of self-compassion and interconnectedness that has the capacity to hold you through these times. We’ll identify resources and relations; ancestral, more-than-human, imaginal, and somatic where you can deepen relationally and resource within.
With a somatic and trauma informed approach based in attachment science, we’ll work towards building relationships with sources of support, internally and externally, human and more-than-human that can companion you, and, when your ready, ferry you from once shore to the next.

My journey with grief began 10 years ago when my son Gabriel died. After understanding my life mission I founded a non-profit association where we give free support to grieving parents and their families.
We work through mutual aid groups.
Apart from that I also give individual grief therapy for anyone who is going through a grief process.
I also accompany the relatives of people with terminal illnesses.
In 2019 I wrote my first book named "Me gané el cielo" in this book I share my personal journey since my son died.
I am Peruvian but living in Colombia. I can do therapy in Spanish and in English. Right now I am only doing virtual therapy through Zoom.

Lisa’s career spans more than two decades in the field of grief & loss. While working as a bereavement counselor, certified grief educator, and certified professional life coach, Lisa has provided individual, couple, and family counseling & coaching, facilitated grief support groups and has volunteered at weekend grief camps supporting children and their families. In addition, Lisa has had numerous speaking engagements on death, dying, grief, and loss including anticipating mourning, loss of a child, and how to support those who are grieving just to name a few. Lisa validates and witnesses her clients’ grief while providing a safe place to honor the bereaved and their loved ones with care, empathy, and compassion.
