As a Soul Coach/Life Coach and Certified Grief Educator, I work together with people who wish to deepen their healing journey and live an authentic life. After the death of a loved one, or other profound losses that can occur in life, it helps to have a container of compassion and understanding. It is my heartfelt intent and privilege to provide this kind of space. Together we will walk through your process, at your pace. Everyone’s journey with grief is different and it’s important to honour that. Also, when the time feels right for you, we can look at finding meaning and purpose in life, so that you can find more inner peace and strength. There are a number of approaches in my medicine bag that will support you to alleviate some of the pain and suffering we all experience when we are grieving and trying to make sense of life and find hope.
I work with people from all walks of life, who have experienced death, loss, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, work and career as well as financial challenges and who are interested in gaining more understanding of who they are now, and who they are not, and what they want to create for their future. It is a path of exploration and self-compassion, along with acceptance and respect.
