Rachel specializes in supporting individuals and couples who are grieving the loss of a baby, pregnancy, or child. She is fully inclusive of all pregnancy loss subtypes including: miscarriage, stillbirth, Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR), ectopic pregnancy, infertility, and pregnancy reduction. Her approach is holistic in nature addressing the mind, body, spirit, and nervous system.

Elana is one of a handful of Certified Financial Therapist™s in the US who solely focuses on financial therapy and coaching and also has a Certificate in Financial Planning®. She is also a Certified Grief Educator.

As a financial therapist, Elana helps clients with the emotional side of money as it relates to over or under-spending, clarity on financial goals, estate planning, inheriting money, being comfortable looking at and addressing their financial situation. As a result, her clients are able to take effective actions to achieve their financial goals and go from feeling avoidant to empowered about their finances.

Many of her clients also suffer from grief, which can have unique and profound effects on their feelings of identity, self-worth, and their relationship with money. Often people dealing with grief are in new situations where they must confront money matters directly, sometimes due to the loss of financial resources, sometimes related to inheritance, or other changes which can feel overwhelming and compound feelings of grief. Elana helps clients who are stuck in grief so they can both deal with money in a positive way and deal with their grief.
