I specialize in supporting parents and children to communicate, heal, and stay connected—honoring each person’s unique grief journey without judgment. My approach is grounded, empathetic, and practical, focused on creating safe spaces for big feelings and fostering genuine connection in the midst of heartache.

I am certified in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Trauma, which as allowed me to work even deeper with individual clients and groups. Most recently, my online support group, Rooted in Healing, has been focused on this and the nervous system in grief healing.
