I am a holistic life coach, trained and certified by Alan Cohen and the Foundation for Holistic Life Coaching. I specialize in grief as a grief educator, trained and certified by David Kessler and grief.com.

I am currently offering 1:1 coaching sessions at a sliding scale from $60 – $100 for 1.5 hr sessions via Zoom or in person. I do not turn people away due to lack of funds, please reach out and we can discuss alternatives.

I support individuals moving through grief, especially when it feels overwhelming, frustrating, or hard to navigate.

Together, we create a safe, grounded space to process emotions and gently integrate loss, using intuitive guidance, spiritual tools, and supportive conversation.

I offer 1:1 sessions and group support (primarily online) and also offer end-of-life support as a death doula.

I am a transformational coach and grief educator. I help others navigate their grief and loss journey. I have many certifications that create a tool box of tools for me to help support you. We all suffer from loss and I am here to support you with yours.

I have suffered many losses in my life. I lost three babies in late pregnancy, recovered from a devastating divorce after 26 years and in the last few years lost both of my parents. I am also a cancer survivor. I know how to pick up the pieces of my life over an over again and am passionate about helping others do the same.

I work over zoom or phone, unless you happen to live in my town. I can do one-on-one or group support.
