As a certified grief educator or witness, I hold space to support anyone in the pain of grief.   I listen deeply with warmth and empathy, witness grief, and provide — over time — hope for transformation and healing.

I am also a group moderator for David’s Tender Hearts program.

As a certified life coach, I have helped people at all ages clarify and articulate their life goals, and stay accountable to them with my partnership and support.

Welcome! I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach who helps people in grief, encompassing loss from the end of a relationship/divorce, associated loss due to illness, and loss of a loved one. I offer coaching sessions and packages with each being different, crafted and based on the individual’s needs. Sessions may include Reiki, Tarot Readings and Guided Meditation. I offer a 20 minute free consultation to serve as an introduction to each other, to expand on who I am and my approach and to see if our energies match and you feel this would be a good fit for you. As a Crisis Counselor and Certified Grief Educator, I am currently accepting a few new clients for individual sessions. My work focuses on adults as they navigate bereavement, trauma, relationships, and coping with the ambiguity that surrounds our day-to-day life. I have an educational background in Clinical Psychology, so I understand how things like depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses may influence your grief, relationships, and day-to-day life. The safety and privacy of my clients are my number one priority; I have worked with public figures in the past and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Due to the nature of my work, I accept a very small number of clients at a time to ensure I am able to provide ample support to those I am working with.

A crisis is defined by Oxford Languages as: “a time of intense difficulty, trouble, or danger.” If you are not sure if you are in crisis, I am still here to help and hold space for you.

I am also able to do public speaking, consulting or group work, typically around Grief, Crisis, Suicide, Anxiety, and Trauma.

Sessions will be done via Zoom; in person sessions in/around Central Massachusetts will be considered if there are extenuating circumstances. Rates available upon request.

Outside of my work, I enjoy all things theatre, spending time with my sweet dog, reading, Breathwork, and spending time with my friends and chosen family.
