I provide grief education to those who have lost loved ones. I offer support and hope to people in grief, helping them navigate their journey and the major changes in their lives. I help them understand their feelings, connect with others who understand and find ways to honor their loss. This service can be provided in person one-on-one, in groups (at Eastside Enhancement Center, Dinwiddie, VA) or through online.
I also provide Reiki to people in need of emotional and physical healing. This service is primarily provided in person, one-on-one.
