Grief can feel lonely and isolating. But it’s not something you have to do alone. Seeking support is a courageous step towards healing yourself and a powerful way to honor the significance of who and what you have lost. Sometimes we need permission to share more deeply, weep more freely, and someone to truly listen.

Deepening my relationship with grief has changed my life. Transformed by my own losses, I am here to support you in yours. I am a Certified Grief Educator, Grief Movement Guide, and Lead Peer Facilitator with A Fresh Chapter, an international organization that supports people impacted by cancer. I have experienced loss to ALS, Alzheimer’s, alcohol, suicide, cancer, and medical aid in dying (MAID), and have lost parents, friends, pets, careers, colleagues, identity, and chosen family. I also grieve daily the very real circumstances of climate chaos and offer support to those struggling with eco grief and collapse awareness.

I cannot take your pain away. But I can walk with you in it and gently help you move towards acceptance and healing. You don’t have to do this alone.

Contact me to schedule a free 20-minute consultation, and let’s explore how I might be able to support you. I offer individual online sessions as well as facilitated groups specific to Climate/Eco Grief.

– Anticipatory grief
