As a licensed psychotherapist and art therapist with 20 years of experience—and a certified grief educator—I combine practical grief education with gentle, evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My work helps clients better understand their grief, feel less alone in the process, and develop healthy ways to cope and heal. When appropriate, I incorporate art-based practices to support emotional expression and reflection, always at a pace that feels safe and supportive. My approach is warm, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique experience of loss.
