I have been practicing for 40 years and use a Psychosocial-Spiritual Approach. I believe we have the solutions to solve our problems if we learn to trust our authentic selves more and learn to listen to our inner voice. I also believe in the mind body connection and believe the body carries many clues to our psychological problems. I work with clients experiencing a variety of issues including; Panic Disorder, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Divorce, Empty Nest Issues, Grieving, Marital Issues, Parenting Issues, and Depression just to name a few. I have also worked with clients with STEs (Spiritually Transformative Experiences).
Some of the tools I use to work with clients include; Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Techniques, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming), as well as other energy techniques such as Reiki and Guided Imagery. I am also certified in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy.
