I offer individual psychotherapy in person and via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts.
About Me:
I am a licensed psychotherapist with a master’s degree from Simmons University. I spent several years working in outpatient community mental health, treating adults with a wide variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, life transitions, and loss. Through my experience I developed a particular passion for treating those who are navigating relationship issues, heartbreak, relational trauma, and grief.
I received post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems levels 1 and 2, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Restructuring for Traumatic Stress. By integrating these evidence-based modalities, I aim to guide clients in uncovering the root causes of their emotional challenges, shifting old patterns, and paving the way for lasting growth.
I don’t believe prescriptive life advice is what leads to healing. You are the expert of your own life, but perhaps I can ask the right questions to get our work started. Together we will help you build valuable insight and confidence to create changes you want to see. My priority is to create a safe space where you can be your authentic self while on your path to discovery, resilience, and self-compassion. Grief is not a race, nor is it something to work against. It is something to be with. You set the pace, and I will meet you there.
