I offer individual psychotherapy in person and via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts.

About Me:

When life needs you to keep holding it together, that quiet ache inside gets loud. No matter if it’s heartbreak, grief, or the aftermath of stubborn relationship patterns, the struggle is exhausting. You might find yourself running on autopilot, feeling stuck in familiar habits, and unsure of how to break the cycle. You want to feel balanced and secure so you can show up fully in your relationships without ignoring yourself in the process. You just want to get back on track. I specialize in helping people navigate challenges including relationship issues, anxiety, heartbreak, depression, trauma, and all kinds of loss.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and CBT. I am also a certified grief educator. I help clients heal emotional wounds that keep them repeating old patterns and develop skills for a more fulfilling future. Whether it’s a breakup, death of a loved one, or another difficult change, you deserve support.
Therapy shouldn’t feel robotic or one-sided. Prescriptive advice is not what promotes healing. I believe my role is to ask questions that connect you to your own clarity while offering gentle guidance as needed. You are the expert of your own life. My priority is to create a space where you can be your true self. You set the pace, and I will meet you there.
