As an experienced workshop leader and published author with First Aid Arts training, I bring deep experience in accessing creativity and working with groups to help you tell your loss story, witness your grief, and show you new ways to express your emotions to help you find or create more meaning in your life. I offer support online as well as in-person for those in the greater Puget Sound, WA, area.
