I work with individuals who are motivated to improve their relationships with themselves and others. My clients are typically women 18+ experiencing high functioning anxiety, the effects of trauma + childhood emotional neglect, or grief + loss. I specialize in helping clients navigate the rocky terrain of grief, including suicide bereavement, with tenderness and compassion. I enjoy facilitating clients’ self-exploration as they reconnect with their authentic selves and rediscover the simple joys of life.

My style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. My practice is largely informed by relational therapy, acceptance + commitment therapy (ACT), existential therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). You can expect me to strategically adapt my approach to meet your unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering space in which you are welcome exactly as you are.
