Hello,
I am Karen, founder of Reset and Rise coaching. I offer a welcoming, nourishing space where you can be heard, valued and understood.
Just like the plants in a garden, you requires the right conditions to help you flourish after a storm. Together we can create the best conditions for you to live a full and expanded life after loss.
I live near Edinburgh, Scotland and work both online and in person. I work as a grief educator and coach, intertwining both approaches in response to where you are on your grief journey.
I’d love to help you in a 1:1 situation or as a part of a small group.
Sessions are around 50 minutes and take place weekly over a three month period.
I also offer a one off focussed session to work with you on a specific question or to allow you to explore this kind of support.
I am passionate about helping those who are trying to support people in grief and therefore include friends, family and work colleagues in my services, providing guidance and confidence around the unspoken and tricky landscape of grief.
