I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual therapy for adults ages 21 to 64 via telehealth. Anchored in Hope, LLC is the name and premise of my practice, providing the foundation to utilize client’s strengths to reach their goals. There is always hope. Individuals come to me seeking support for grief, anxiety, depression, substance use and trauma disorders. I am a Certified Grief Educator and IFS Level 2 trained. Each case is different and individualized treatment meeting client’s needs is important. Developing a therapeutic relationship with the right person is also very important.
