My therapeutic style is active and engaged. I provide clients with empowering tools to become self-efficient in society, relationships, work and life. We will work together to find the treatment type that is best for you.
I offer counseling services to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma issues. Each client’s needs and goals require an individual approach, which I accommodate through the integration of psychodynamic, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches while using CBT interventions.
I provide non-judgmental support and understanding. I believe in meeting clients where they are on their emotional journey while maintaining a safe place in which the client can challenge themselves.
