Services Offered

Telehealth Individual Therapy

I provide mental health services for adults in Oregon. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT).

With over 25 years of experience as a social worker, I have worked with a wide range of populations — from foster care and adoption to inpatient teens, adults and families in schools, outpatient community mental health, and private practice.

A common thread across all of my experience is grief and loss. We are each shaped by different messages about how to deal — or not deal — with loss, and I offer a compassionate space to help you work through yours. I specialize in supporting adults navigating grief and loss through a culturally informed lens.
