We all grieve differently and having a safe and intentional place to process your grief, your story, and to remember and share about your experience of your loved one, and your loss can make all the difference in the world when navigating the waves in this life.
I am a licensed mental health therapist and provide clinical services to children, adolescents and adults focusing on a variety of issues including life transitions, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, thought disorders, relational issues, grief/loss, complex trauma and attachment issues. I provide psychotherapy and support for those experiencing the traumatic impacts of physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect. Also serving couples struggling to maintain and/or regain connection with each other.
